FAQ (Artist Prints Edition)

What is a giclée print?
Giclée prints are fine art prints. We use a 100% cotton rag, cold press, natural textured watercolor paper. This is archival paper and OBA-free. We also use archival ink. These prints should last you over 100 years! All prints are loaded and cut down by hand, so some slight border size variation can be expected.

How long does it take to print and ship?
We will print your order as soon as it comes in. We will usually get the print done the same day and give it a day to dry. Then we will ship your order out according to your chosen shipping method and email you a tracking number. The whole process on our side should take 1-3 days.
-
How are the prints shipped?
Larger prints will be shipped in a thick cardboard tube and wrapped in protective paper. Medium/smaller prints will be sent in a protective sleeve and packaged in a rigid cardboard envelope.
